SCHEDULES

You MUST send us your schedule every week by Friday at 6:00 pm at the latest if:

  • You use PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC on a weekly basis but the days and/or times change every week.

  • You use PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC every week and your schedule is consistently the same. However, you have to make changes to the schedule for this week.  

If a schedule is sent to us after 6:00 pm on Friday, there will be a $10 late fee added to your overall invoice, unless we are given sufficient reasoning ahead of time as to the cause for tardiness. 

If you need to add a service AFTER you’ve already sent in your schedule, PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC will do our best to accommodate you. Service is not guaranteed due to a large volume of clients. 

You DO NOT need to send in your schedule every week if:

  • You use PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC every week and your schedule is consistently the same with no changes.

  • You use PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC less frequently. Just here and there. 

This process is to ensure that everyone’s schedules are organized in a timely and orderly fashion. 

PAYMENT

PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC currently accepts cash, check, card, and Venmo. However, if you need an alternative way to pay, you will need to make that clear before booking a reservation.

Payment for recurring weekly pet care is due by Friday every week. 

Full payment for non-recurring care is due on the first day of service.

If you do not pay your invoice by the date requested, a $10 late fee will be added to your invoice every 7 days until the total amount is paid in full. 

SERVICES

While we strive to fulfill every scheduled service as a duo, there may be occasions when one of us is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, the other partner will step in to provide care. Both members of our team are highly experienced, trained, and equally familiar with your pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs. We share a unified philosophy when it comes to animal care, ensuring that your pets receive the same high-quality service, compassion, and attention—regardless of which one of us is present.

Additional select services are provided at no cost during the visits, such as medication administration, poop scooping, plant watering, and mail pickup; however, you may be charged for other services (i.e, pet taxi, lawn care, etc.). 

VISIT TIME WINDOW & ROUTE OPTIMIZATION

We do our best to arrive as close as possible to your requested drop-in time. On busier days with multiple bookings, we may adjust visit times slightly to follow a more fuel-efficient route. This helps us manage operating costs and keep our pricing fair for everyone.

We aim to complete visits within one hour of the requested time and always consider important needs like meal times and medication schedules. If we anticipate a delay of more than one hour, we’ll reach out to you directly.

KEYS

If keys are needed for services required, they must be given to PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC during your orientation or left in a safe spot at your home on the first day of service. On the last day of service, the keys will be left at a designated place that has been determined between you and the sitter. If you need the keys returned at any time, there must be an available spot for us to drop off the keys during our last visit with your pet. If we’re required to personally deliver the keys back to you, there will be an added $5 charge to your invoice for time and travel.  

AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR

PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC does not tolerate violent behavior from any pet. If your pet displays aggressive or violent behavior towards us at the meet and greet or during your reservation, the owner of PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC will resume the reservation until you return; however, no future reservations will be approved until the aggressive behavior is corrected. No exceptions. 

If an altercation takes place between your dog and another animal, and your dog is injured, we will contact you immediately. If a major injury occurs and you cannot be reached, we will refer back to your emergency contact, proceed to take your dog to the vet, and spend the agreed amount on medical care. 

ABSENCE OF PETS UPON ARRIVAL

If we arrive at your home for a requested service and your pets are not there, we will be unable to complete the service, and you will be charged the full amount.

LEASHES AND HARNESSES

If we arrive at your home and the leashes and/or harnesses for your pet(s) are missing or not available, we will use a leash provided by PART OF THE PACK IDAHO, LLC.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or change a service, please tell us as soon as you can. We understand plans can change, but because we’re a small business, we often turn away other clients to save time for you. To help cover losses from last-minute cancellations, our current cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel less than 72 hours before the scheduled service, you’ll be charged 50% of the service fee(s).

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, you’ll be charged the full (100%) service fee(s).

  • No refunds for cancellations during holidays.
