Yes, we require a complimentary meet and greet before your first booking. This gives us a chance to get to know you and your pet, learn their routine, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

Our standard visit rates include care for up to two pets. To account for the additional time and attention required, a small fee may apply for each additional pet.
For households with multiple pets or more complex care routines, we may also recommend a longer visit to ensure every pet receives the care and attention they deserve.
Absolutely. We send regular updates, including photos and notes, so you always know how your pet is doing. We want you to feel connected and reassured while you’re away.
Yes, we offer care 7 days a week, including holidays. A $15 surcharge applies to visits on major holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Independence Day) due to high demand. Availability is limited and fills quickly.
